Adam pretending to be sleeping
This morning I took the boys to school but found out that school had been canceled due to icy roads. Now the roads were just wet but earlier they were really icy. The boys were very excited to have off school. I took them to Tim Horton’s for donuts. Then we headed to Salvation army to look around and found a few good deals there. Shortly after 10:00 we headed to the library for Toddler time. Jacob and Adam looked at books and played with the puppets while I was in class with Eli. They picked out many books to bring home. By the time we left there it was sleeting outside and the roads were getting really bad. Then it snowed and we got a few inches. The boys had dentists appointments but we called and reascheduled those. After lunch I tucked Eli in for a nap. Jacob and Adam built a huge blanket tent to play in. Jacob was giving Adam piggy back rides and they would collapse to the floor. We went outside to play in the snow and built a snowman. I found a old folda’matic chair at Salvation which Adam sat on during dinner. Eli sat on a chair at the table with us. After dinner Jared and I did some knitting. Jacob and Adam played in the office. They turned out the lights and pretended to be ghosts. They were also holding hands and spinning around fast. We played “camouflage” again before bedtime.
