4/30/22

 Jared went to town to get our Sat goodies.  We had to be to the soccer field at 9:30 for Adam's 10:00 game.  Jacob refereed a game at 10:00, 11:30 and 2:00 today.  Adam refereed at 11:30, 2:30 and 4:00.  Jacob was center ref at 11:30 with Adam as his AR ref.  Eli had pictrues at 1:00 and a game at 2:00.  Adam's team won 7-0.  Eli's team won 7-4.  Eli was goalie in the second half.  We drove separate because we thought Jacob was going to have clarinet lesson but it got rescheduled for tomorrow.  Jacob and Eli kicked the ball around for awhile.  Jared and I took a walk.  Then Eli was ready to go home.   Jacob stayed with me to wait for Adam.  He went to watch Pastor Scotts daughters team play.  He kicked the ball around with Callum.  I took the boy to Starbucks for frapuccinos on the way home.  Jared made some new glazes tonight.  We played some bedwars with the boys.  Played 3-13 with Adam. 

4/29/22

 Today I took Jacob and Eli to school and then headed to Freeland to meet Vikki and my Mom at Pats.  Today is the Freeland walleye festival garage sales.  We started shopping at 8:00 and walked around with our carts.  It was cold this morning but warmed up to around 60 degrees and sunny.  Around 11:30 we went to Leaman's and had a packed lunch.  Mom made us turkey sandwiches and brought grapes, blueberry muffins, and cream soda's.  Vikki brought granola bars and smart popcorn. We drove around from garage sale to garage sale for awhile.  Got to see Melissa and her family and the boys showed us the nerf guns they found.  The ice cream truck was going down the road and Mom treated us to ice cream.  I got a Twix ice cream barn.  We parked and walked around with our carts again.  Found a few good deals and had a great time spending with Mom and Vikki.  I had to leave around 4:00 because Adam had a 5:00 soccer game.  Nana and Papa came to the game.  It was cool and windy on the field.  Adam's team won 6-0.  Neither team scored in the second half.  Adam had several shots on goal.  Caleb brought Adam a pop for the goal he scored in the last game.  Aaron shook his pop hard - haha.  He drank it later.  

4/28/22

 This morning I cleaned the pottery room.  Then I worked on weeding the flower beds.    I took Jacob to Kohl's to get some new shoes.   Jared got home from work just as Jacob and I were leaving to go pick Adam up from Drivers training.  Adam passed his drivers training test today.  He still needs to get some more driving time. We went to Adam's soccer practice at the park.  Jared took Eli to his practice at the soccer complex.  The park was near Dow High where Jacob practices with the Midland concert band.  He walked to the school from the park.  At home Jared and I cleaned out the van.

I trimmed the pots and added double handles today.  Jacob woke up after 10:00.  After school we dropped Adam off at drivers training.  Eli and Jacob practiced their instruments.  Eli really wants to learn some Star Wars songs.  After dinner Jared took the boys to youth group.  Eli and I played jenga, guess who, and connect 4.  We sure had alot of fun.  When Daddy came home he played some guess who too.  Eli showed me the Star Wars slide he's been working on for a long time.  He's got over 300 google slides all about Star Wars.   We played some bedwars with the boys before bed.  Eli played with legos in his room.

Adam thought he was going to drive after his class today but he must have mixed up the day.  We played some Minecraft this evening and watched tv.  Played a game of 3-13 with Adam

We picked Adam up from driver's training and headed to the soccer field for his game.  He had a 6:00 game.  The team we played was tough.  We ended with a 3-3 tie.  Adam scored on a free kick shot.

Jared went to town to get our Sat goodies.  Jacob wanted to be up early to practice his instrument.  We had to leave at 9:00 to head to the soccer field.  We stopped at the store on the way to get new soccer socks for Adam.  Eli's game started at 10:00.  It was a beautiful day today, mid 70's.  Eli played hard on center defense.  The other team scored 3 goals in the first half, one on a penalty.  Our team scored 2 in the second half.  We lost 2-3.  Adam had team pictures at 11:10.  Then his team headed to the field for his 12:00 game.  Jacob center refereed a U10 game at 11:30.  Adam's team played hard and won 3-1.  His friend Claire came to watch his game.  He kicked the ball with her and Sawyer after the game.  We went to McDonalds to get drinks and smoothies.  We had sandwiches and snacks for lunch.  Jacob refereed a game at 3:00 and Adam refereed a game at 4:00.  Jared and I sat and watched some U15 games in the shade of the sunbrella.  It felt nice.  I got a phone call from a girl saying that she found Jacob's phone and it was up by concessions.  He's not sure how he lost it but glad its found.  Many parents and coaches were talking to Jacob after the game telling him he did a great job.  His old teacher Mr Henderson's son was playing on the team and Jared's coworker's son also.  Eli was happy to see Mr Henderson too.  Jacob and Adam kicked the ball around with Callum after the games were done.  Then we headed home.  Jacob took a quick shower and headed to Bay City for his clarinet lesson.  I worked on smoothing the bottoms of the pottery.  We ate a late dinner and watched tv.  Then we played some Minecraft with the boys.  

4/22/22

New shirts

 Jacob stayed up until about 2 am working on an essay that was due by the time his professor woke up in the morning.  He slept in this morning until around 10am.  He watched some tv and then practiced his instrument.  I trimmed the pots and added double handles.  Jacob had to be to school at 1:00.  When I got home I saw Jared on the deck filling the bird feeders. .  This morning his work picked up trash along the rail trail in Bay City.  And he got to come home after they finished.  He surprised me!  We walked around and looked at plants coming up.  Jared helped me dust and vacuum the house.  He moved furniture for me while I vacuumed.  He left to pick up the boys from school and I finished cleaning the house.  I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen and mopped the floors.  I finished putting the knobs on my mugs.  We played some fun bedwars games with the boys.  Jacob and Adam ordered Maverick City Music t-shirts which came in the mail today.  Daddy and Adam played stratego and Adam won.  I played 3-13 with Jared and I won. He got stuck with 97  points  in one round.  Jared's allergies are really bothering him.  

4/21/22

 It was a nice day today.  It was sunny and in the low 60's.  It was very windy too.  I threw big pots on the wheel which will get double handles.  I picked Adam up something to eat eat McDonalds.  He had drivers training after school and then soccer.   Jacob worked on his essay which is due by midnight.  I put a pizza in the oven for the boys and Jared and I had egg salad sandwiches.  Jared and I loaded the kiln.  I picked Adam up from drivers training and headed to the park for his soccer practice.  I left around 6:45 and headed home to pick up Jacob.  He had practice with the midland concert band from 7:15 - 9:30.  Jared took Eli to his soccer practice from 6-7.  We played some Minecraft with the boys and then played Euchre.  

4/20/22

 I finished taking pictures of Dad's slides.  Glazed pots today.  The boys had youth group tonight.  There was a bad accident on Stark road.
