Jacob is sick. Today I had to pound on the bus window to wake him up to get off. I took his temp at home and it was high. His teacher had called earlier to say he had red around his eye and was rubbing it. He spent most of the evening on the couch watching tv. We enjoyed watching STOMP. Even Eli was clapping. The boys sure were laughing hard at some funny parts.

We got about 6 inches of snow during the night. Jared worked on shoveling the driveway for a couple hours this morning. Nana gave the boys a bunch of stickers which they had fun with this morning. They made some magnets with them too. Jacob was coloring and said, "I'm an artist, right?" After going out for our Sat drinks/donuts we headed to my parents house. We visited there for a couple hours. Thanks Mom for lunch. Around 1:30 we headed out for the Snowfest to look at the snow and ice sculptures. My parents also came to walk around with us. The town was packed with lots and lots of people. There were alot of puddles that the boys, especially Adam, wanted to jump in. The weather was in the low 20 but we all dressed warm so it wasn't bad. The boys really liked watching them use chain saws and drills to make the ice sculptures. We went into some shops and Papa let the boys each pick out a cookie. They enjoyed eating those while we sat on some benches. We walked around some more and then headed to Tim Horton's for some warm drinks and snacks. We then went to Vikki's house. Got home around 8pm.
