After church we stopped for groceries.  This afternoon we went to Bruce and Melissa's to celebrate Jack's baptism.  Bruce made sloppy jo's and cheesy chicken soup for lunch.  They kids had so much fun playing together and we had a nice visit.  We got home around 6:00.  Watched Brain games and had popcorn, pop, and ice cream.

Jared and I got to sleep in this morning.  The boys were watching Brain Games when we got up.  Jared and Adam headed into town for our goodies.  We cut off the sunflower heads and Adam and Eli then cut the stalks and used them for their fort.  Eli came to us crying because he got stung on his head.  Jared and I cut off some branches on the cottonwood tree including the branch that the tree swing was on.  It was dead so we moved the swing to the other side of the tree.  Around 1:45 we headed to Eli’s soccer game.  The game started at 2:30.  It was chilly on the soccer field today.  Adam’s game started at 4:00.  Jared brush hogged by the paddock near the road.  And then we cleaned it up with loppers and the lawn mower.

Had a half day at school today so I went in at 7am and Jared took the boys to school.  I dropped off breakfast totes to the classrooms and then cleaned our hot and cold wells.  Got breakfast ready to serve before the kids came in.  Entered breakfast count and then walked around to get a lunch count.  We made 200 sack lunches today.  Had a surprise fire drill when a kid set off the fire alarm.  Someone was hired for the head cook position!  The boys got home from school just before I did.  We ate lunch and then headed to Nana's.  Jacob, Nana and I played a game of 3-13. Nana won. Adam and Eli played with legos in the basement and then had fun on the trampoline.  Vikki, Kenzie, and the kids came over for a visit.  They couldn't stay long because they were going to the homecoming parade.  Mom and I went to town with Eli to get him a case for his iPad.  When we got back Dad, Jacob and Adam were just finishing a game of 3-13.  It was a very close game but Papa won.  Jacob had the lead until the last round.  At home we at a late dinner.  Then we sat by the fire and made smores.  The boys had fun running around in the dark.

After homework was done the boys played their computer time.  Then they walked down to the end of our road and invited neighbor boys over to play with nerf guns.  The boys came over until dinner was ready.  Jared and I took a walk in the woods with Wyatt.  This evening we finished watching Solo, a Star Wars story.  The boys and Daddy played glow ball tag until bedtime.

Today was stock day at work.  No time to take a break and stayed a little late to finish putting away stock.  Its so busy and time goes by really fast which I like.  We still do not have a head cook.  This afternoon I made cookies and also put a meatloaf in for dinner.  Eli had soccer practice at 6:00.  Adam and I played a game of chess.  Then Jacob, Adam and I took Wyatt out to play in the paddock.  It started raining very hard just after Jared and Eli got home.  There were tornado warnings for Midland.  Daddy and Eli surprised us with the Solo Star wars dvd.  We watched the first half of it this evening.

This afternoon I shaved Wyatt and gave him a bath.  When I finished it was time to walk down to get the boys off the bus.  Jared left with Adam for soccer practice but it was canceled again.  After dinner we played a game of 3-13.  I won.  Jared and I had puppy class with Wyatt tonight.

After church Lane came home with us.  After lunch we had a nerf war.  Then the boys played on the sandhill for awhile and then played in the leaves.  Around 4:00 Jared took Lane home.  We took a walk in the woods with Jacob.  His arm is really bothering him.  This evening Jared took him to the hospital to make sure it wasn't broken.  They were there a few hours.  They took x-rays and don't think its broken but because of his growth plates a break could be missed.  If its still hurting in a week we have to take him to the dr.  They said its a bad sprain and wrapped it.
