8/17/2020

 Jared took the day off work today.  This morning the boys worked with their sheep.  Then we bathed the sheep which took a couple hours for all three.  Around noon we had lunch and then headed with the sheep to the fair.  The ladies checked us into the fairgrounds and had to make sure the three kids were ours.  They said some people were trying to get in with other peoples kids.  The boys sheep were weighed.  Adam's weighed 118#, Jacob's weighed 135# and Eli's weighed 136#.  We got their stalls set up and fed them.  Back at home we worked on cleaning the boys sheep stall.  Jared had to go back to take another bucket because they have all three sheep in separate stalls this year.  Jacob, Eli and I cleaned the stall.  Adam took down the temporary fence, pulled post, cleaned buckets and did other things to help.  The smell in the stall made him feel to nauseous.   It was a dirty job but we had fun.  The boys played minecraft.  Jared and I trimmed and put handles on our mugs.  Jacob and Jared went to school for an appointment to get his laptop.  We went to town this evening to check on the sheep.

This afternoon Jared and I made pots on the wheel.  We got to use the pug mill which is awesome!  We each made 6 mugs.  This afternoon we watched a marvel movie and had popcorn pop and ice cream.  

8/15/2020

 Jared left before 8am to take the van tire to Belle tire.  They didn't want to patch it because the tire was too worn.  We got a new tire and will take it in for 3 more after the fair.  The boys helped me start taking down the pool.  Jared went to Apple Bagel and Tim Horton's for our Sat goodies.  Eli was so excited to have a bagel again.  Daddy taught Adam how to put the new tire on the van.  We bathed and slick sheared the boys sheep.  That took a little over 4 hrs.  It went good.  The boys played minecraft  After dinner we went out and finished packing up the pool.  We cleaned Daddy's workshop.  Watched some tv and then Daddy read to us before bed. 

8/14/2020

 Eli and I headed to the campground around 10:30.  Peyton, Nana, Vikki and I played 3-13 and Vikki won.  Then we played with Isaac and Vikki won again.  We had some yummy potatoes and rice for lunch.  The kids had sandwiches.  This afternoon we went for a swim in the pond.  It was busy but we found a safe area to swim.  Around 5:30 we headed home.  Not long after we left the tire light came on and I noticed a tire was losing air.  We pulled over at a gas station.  We tried a fix-a-flat but that didn't work.  Dad came by and helped show Jacob how to take off the tire and put on the spare.  Soon Jared was there too.  We got home around 7:00.  The boys worked with their sheep and then we went inside to eat a late dinner.  The boys played minecraft before bed.

 We got to the campground today around 11:30.  I brought some fried rice for lunch.  We played a game of 3-13 with Peyton.  Vikki won.  Then Adam, Peyton, Isaac and I played a game in the screen tent.  Adam won.  We went swimming at the pond.  Isaac and Eli like to swim to the bouy's in the deep end.  We had ice cream cones back at camp.  Jacob and Adam are spent the night tonight.  We watched a movie with Eli before bed.  He slept on the floor in our room.

We went to the campground today.  Played some games of 3-13.  The kids had fun playing with the magnetic balls.  We went swimming.  Nana had ice cream cones for dessert.  Eli is spending the night at the campground.  We got pizza and watched a marvel movie with the boys.
