2/22/2020

Adam and Daddy went to town to get our Sat morning goodies.  Then Jared and I started taking apart the cabinets above the refrigerator.  We have to raise the cabinets to fit a new refrigerator.  We went to town to look at refrigerators.  I checked on the sheep before we left and Frannie looked like she was going to lamb soon.  When we got back we went right to the barn to check on the sheep.  Frannie had just lambed.  We moved them into a stall.  Eli came out and cut the umbilical.  I checked and there was another lamb coming head first.  I had to reposition and help deliver.  Her hooves were really blue.  They are girls weighing 13.8 lbs (black) and 10.0 lbs(white).  Mom and Dad met us at Lowes and we ordered a Whirlpool french door bottom freezer refrigerator. And it will be delivered tomorrow!  Mom and Dad took us out for ice cream at Culver's afterwards.  Thank you!! Jared and I stayed up until 3:30am working on the cabinets.

Today I woke up to the phones ringing.  They were ringing because school was closed due to snow and ice.  The boys were really surprised when they woke up.  They watched tv and then spent a lot of the day reading.  Eli played with legos.  I let Della and her lambs out of the stall.  The boys and I played a couple games of Ticket to Ride.  The second game I wasn't able to complete either one of my tracks!  I came in last places.  After dinner Jacob, Jared and I played 3-13.  Jacob won.  Then Daddy and the boys played minecraft.

This evening was a pre-festival concert.  We went to McDonalds afterwards for ice cream.  It was snowing and they roads were slick.

2/16/2020

After church we stopped for groceries and pizza.  After lunch we went outside to work in the barn.  We got the creep feed area all set for the lambs.  Jacob and Adam cleaned a couple stalls.  Eli helped so some barn dusting.  Jared and Jacob raised three of the stall doors that lead outside.  They work alot nicer up a little from the ground.  This evening we rented Mall cop 2 and had popcorn pop and ice cream.
