This morning Jared and I headed back to Urgent Care.  He was in a lot of pain and had numbness and weakness in his knee/shin.  We spent about 4 hrs there.  The doctor diagnosed him with Runner's knee but wasn't sure what was causing the numbness and weakness in his leg.  Jared had x-rays of his knee.   We headed to the pharmacy for some medicine that the Dr prescribed and stopped at Tim Horton's for coffees.   Jared called and scheduled an appointment with the Orthopedic surgeon so we will be going there on Wednesday.

Soccer pictures for Adam this morning

Adam played defense and then was goalie for the second half of his game.  He did really good.

Today I bolted the stand together and put on the hinges.  We just have to add a few boards to the ramp.

I drove Jared into work today so he could talk to his boss.  He was suppose to be traveling to North Carolina next week so they canceled that trip.  Jared's knee is still hurting very bad.

Jared's knee is hurting really badly still and he doesn't think its getting any better.  I'm sure not used to hearing Jared in so much pain.  He usually laughs when he's in pain but he isn't laughing.  He's using his shepherds crook as a cane.  I put a couple coats of paint on the sheep stand today.

I have a bad cold so the boys took turns reading out loud before bed.

Sometime during the night Jared's knee started hurting really bad.  This morning he was still having pain and spasm's in his back.  After taking the boys to school we headed to Urgent Care.  We spent a few hours there waiting.  The doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer and some anti-inflammatory medicine.   Jared spent the day on the couch.  I did some sanding and painted a primer on the sheep stand.  This evening Eli had soccer practice.  Jared back is getting better but his knee is getting much worse.  Jared is sleeping on the couch and I'm sleeping in the chair tonight.

This morning, after taking the boys to school, Jared and I drove about 1 1/2 hrs away to pick up a sheep stand that we'd found on craigslist.  We plan on shearing our sheep in the stand.  The stand needs a little work and we are looking forward to fixing it up.

This evening Jared lifted a thick plywood sheet over his head to carry it into the barn.  We were going to carry it together but he thought it would be easier by himself.  He stayed home to cut boards for the sheep stand while I took Eli to soccer pictures.  After Eli's pictures were done we headed to Walgreens to pick up Jacob's prescription.  Jared called to say he pulled something in his back and needed my help.  He was down and couldn't get up.  He did get up before we made it home but he was in a lot of pain.  Tonight he slept on the floor and I slept on the couch.  Often he'd wake up with horrible back spasms.  I'd get ice and roll it on his back.  It was a rough night.  I felt so bad for Jared!
