Today I took the boys to see Rio at the library. It was a cute movie and we all enjoyed it. We ate a packed lunch at the picnic tables outside the library.

It was in the mid 90's today. The boys played for a long time in the pool.

Adam had his first soccer game this evening so he missed going to VBS with Jacob and Nik. Adam was excited about his game and had a good time.

This evening Jacob, Adam and Nik started VBS at our church.  While they were there I took Eli to Pajama jam at the library. We all had a lot of fun! Jared stayed home to work on the camper.

6-17-12

The boys were so excited to give Daddy the pocketknife they'd picked out for his Father's day gift.
I had gotten him something else but they really wanted to get him a pocket knife. We took back what I'd got in exchange for the knife. Daddy loves it!

After church we were picking a How its made to watch and saw they had one on knives. It was neat because it was on the Case knives which is what we'd got Jared.

Eli loves the nerf guns. He often brings them to us or his brothers asking, "Cock it?"

Fun in the rain

Jared and I have been working on replacing the floor of our pop up camper. Right now the walls and lifting mechinism are hanging from the rafters in our barn. We've got the floor onto the frame and painted. We also have to replace the wood in one of the walls.

6-15-12

Jacob stayed at Vikki's house last night. This morning Eli came shopping with me and Adam stayed with Nana and Papa.  Jared came to Mom's house after work to pick up the boys. Mom, Melissa, Kenzie, Hailey and I went to a dance recital for my cousin, Amanda. She is a senior and I remember going to her first dance recital when she was only 3. We had alot of fun! After the dance Aunt Debbie took us out to eat at McDonalds. I thought I was going to have to put all the groceries away when I got home but Jared had taken them out of the van and put them in his car. He also got all the cold stuff from in Mom's refridgerator. All the groceries were put away by the time I got home, after 11pm. Jared said it took him over an hour to put them all away. I was looking in the cupboard and noticed some things in there that I hadn't bought. I held up a jar of salsa and said to Jared, "Eli must have put this in the cart". My mom is going camping for 2 weeks and had all her groceries by her back door, to take to the camper. Jared had thought those were our groceries and brought those home too - haha!
