The boys were up early to watch tv.  They had some banana bread for breakfast.  We went to town for our Sat goodies.  Apple Bagel was packed so we decided not to go in.  We just went to Tim Horton's. Adam and I got muffins instead of our bagels.  Jared, Jacob and Eli got donuts.  Wyatt got a Timbit.  We  stopped at the gas station for drinks for the boys.  Took a drive past our old house.  We always comment on what a fine looking roof it has.  As we were driving home a cop pulled us over.  She pulled us over because our tail light was out.  Jared had picked up some light bulbs and the package was above the dashboard.  It didn't take long and she told us, good luck on changing the bulb.  When we got home Jared taught Jacob how to change the bulb.  Then we played a game of soccer.  Adam and Jacob team won, 7-6.  It was close!  It was such a beautiful day to be outside.  Jared tilled the garden.  The boys played minecraft with Nik.  We unloaded the kiln and took pictures of all the new pottery.  Got them posted on Etsy tonight. We played another game of soccer with the boys this evening.  Those boys skunked us again!

Jared and I loaded the kiln this morning.  I trimmed and put handles on my mugs. It was a beautiful day.  I hoed and raked in the flower beds.   The boys played minecraft with Nik.  We played a game of soccer with the boys.  It got dark really quick.  We lost 8-0.  Adam and Eli's soccer games have been canceled for tomorrow. The team Eli was going to play against has someone with Covid.  The boys were excited to watch the new Madolorian episode.

Worked on glazing pottery's this morning.  Threw on the wheel this afternoon and made mugs and some  little bottles.  Jared worked from home today and had a little time to throw.    Adam was supposed to have soccer practice this evening but it was canceled.  Pastor Scott's coworker was exposed to an individual who tested positive for Covid.  Pastor Scott worked with this coworker on Tuesday and he started experiencing symptoms Tuesday evening.  The coworker is currently being tested.  If he tests positive Pastor Scott will need to quarantine and Saturday's game would be canceled.  Adam was bummed.  Jared and I worked on glazing this evening.  The boys watched tv.

Today I worked on waxing pottery.  The boys played minecraft when they got home from school. Adam said some kids have come back that were in quarantine. Jared called at 4:30 to say he was on his way home.  Then he remembered that Eli's soccer practice had been moved to 4:30.  I hurried with Eli to the soccer field but nobody from the team was there.  Practice doesn't start until 5:00 so we were early.  We kicked the soccer ball around until the coach arrived.  We stopped at the gas station on the way home and Eli picked out a pop.  Adam texted me asking if I got them shakes too.  He said he had put a camera in the van.  He was wrong.  No shakes.  Haha.  Jacob had a lot of homework this evening.  Adam and I played chess and he won.  Then he and Daddy played and Daddy won.

On Jared's lunch today we loaded the kiln for a bisque fire.  The kiln is packed full and we couldn't fit everything.  Adam's soccer practice was canceled today because Pastor Scott's wasn't feeling well.  We worked outside on getting the barn cleaned and ready for lambing season.  We moved the ram back in with Han.  After dinner we played a game of 3-13.  Jacob won.

Adam and Jacob played a few games of chess.  Adam won one and Jacob won two.  

Kenzie and Peter.  We couldn't touch this cat.  One day Kenzie came walking out of the barn with him.  He's been sweet ever since.  He's about 18 years old.  

 Kenzie and Travis came over to visit this afternoon.  They were nearby looking at houses.  Kenzie brought us some tictacs and candy sticks (my favorite).  We had a really great visit with them and are so glad they came over.  The boys got out their rocks and let Kenzie pick out some.  We took a walk in the woods and the boys found a friendly stray cat.  Kenzie knelt down and it jumped up on her.  After a few hours Kenzie and Travis had to head home.  They live a couple hours away.  Just as they were heading out the door we lost power.  We went to town to get pizza and groceries.  We ate in the car on the way home.  Power was still out when we got home.  We lit candles and started the generator.  We plugged in the wifi so the boys could join to play minecraft.  It was so dark so we played hide and seek. Then Eli and I played stratego by candle light.  I won.  Daddy read to us.  We plugged in the microwave so we could pop popcorn.  We watched Full House and Duck Dynasty.  Our power came back on around 10:30.  Another Covid case at the jr high.
