10-29-11

We had donuts and chocolate milk at home this morning. Kenzie spent the night and is going with us to get the sheep today. It was sprinkling outside. Jared and I went outside and hung the gate for the ram's paddock while Kenzie and the boys stayed in and watched How its made. At 11:15 Jacob played his last soccer game of the season. We had the stock trailer with us so Jared dropped us off and parked on the side of the road. From there we headed to Ren Vue farms to get our sheep. The owners of the farm are really nice. Terry took us first to the barn to see Kenny, our ram. He then took us around some other barns and over to the lambing barn. He went over alot of information with us and showed us our ewes. We got home around 5:30. I fed the boys and Kenzie a quick dinner. Then Jared and I went to TSC to get a ton of wood pellets. This evening we went to Vikki's house to take Kenzie home and see the Peyton and Isaac (it was their first day home). Eli was there already there (he'd spent the night with Nana and then went to Vikki's). He really liked helping with the babies, giving them bottles, pacifiers or blankets. He held his hands out saying, "I hold?" He was singing the Chuggington song. Jacob and Adam got to hold their new baby cousins too. Then I got to feed Peyton a bottle. Vikki and Kenzie gave her a bath and I took picture/videos. She really enjoyed her bath. While Vikki got her dressed I washed Isaac's hair. Their hair is so curly after a wash. We took turns holding both of them and getting pictures which was fun. We got home around 10pm and all the boys were asleep.
