My boys!
Jacob being silly
Eli with Burke
I enjoy my time with Eli in the mornings. He loves to play ring around the rosie and also love pretending to cook for me. Everything he cooks is “a cookie”. He sat by me on the floor and helped me sing twinkle twinkle and clapped as we sang ABC’s. He pushed Burke (his bear) around in the shopping cart and feed him foods and a bottle. While Eli took his morning nap I went outside to measure and mark where we are going to put post for our ram’s paddock. Then I hauled posts out to those marked spots. Adam was excited to tell me about the parachute they'd used in gym. He said they bounced balls on it and even got to run under it, two at a time. The first thing he wants to do when he gets in the van is show me what’s in his folder. He usually says, “Can I show you whats in my folder before we leave for home.” For lunch Adam always wants peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and he usually eats two. Eli was grouchy for a little while. He got mad because he was eating the core of the apple so I cute it out. I guess he didn’t like the hold down the middle of his apple because he threw it, cried, and refused to take another bite. We watched How its Made. Then we got out foam blocks to build with. Adam lay in the middle of the pile and made a foam block (snow) angel. Jacob is really excited about Donut with Dad’s tomorrow and also the firetrucks that are coming to his school. Adam is going on a field trip and he is so excited about that. While Eli napped we worked on fence. Jared and I cut brush and lay out t-posts. The boys played in the barn. It was sprinkling. We came inside for dinner. We watched How its made. Lately Eli really likes Daddy reading him his bedtime story.
