Jacob was up around 8am. He lay on the couch and watched Bob the Builder. Adam was up soon after that. Eli likes pushing trucks across the floor as he crawls along. After breakfast Adam got out the road track and his cars to play with. He asked me for help keeping Eli back so he wouldn't wreck his track. Jacob said, “I can get something of mine for Eli to play with” and he went to his bedroom to get his car cases. He sat by Eli and they played with the cars. Then Jacob and Adam build a new track to play on. Eli sat in the car track box and kept standing up without holding on. Jacob sat at the counter to build with legos. At 10:30 I tucked Eli in for a nap. We went outside until lunchtime. Jacob and Adam rode their bikes. Jacob needed very little help riding and after a little while he didn’t need any help. The only thing he really needed to work on was taking off. But he kept practicing and got it. We went back outside after lunch until Eli woke up from his nap. Jacob helped Eli eat his lunch as he fed him bites of yogurt and mac-n-cheese. After Eli finished eating the boy were asking to go back outside. We took a couple trips down our road and back. Jacob road his bike and I pulled Eli and Adam in the wagon. It was a beautiful day outside. Jacob did great on his bike. He is so excited about his bike and keeps asking, "Isn't I doing great!" I then pulled all three boys in the wagon down the road which they enjoyed. There was a large mud puddle in our driveway that the boys road their bikes through. Adam’s training wheels got stuck so his back tire spun in the water. The boys liked that and took turns spinning the tire. Jacob had a wet back and even got mud on his helmet. Eli sure is good at getting out of a lap buckle. He turned around and stood up in the wagon like he does in his counter chair. Back inside the boys played with lego and watched Thomas train. I tucked Eli in for a nap around 4pm. We went back outside again so the boys could ride their bikes. Jacob was so excited to show Daddy how he rides his bike. This evening we went out to dinner at Pi’s with Vikki, Rody, and MyKenzie. We had a nice visit and the food was yummy. Jacob showed them how he could ride his bike in an empty parking lot by where we parked. Adam went home with Aunt Vikki, Uncle Rody, and Kenzie to spend the night. After Adam was all buckled in his seat Jacob climbed in the car to give him a hug goodbye. He said, “I hope he has fun spending the night at Bippi’s house." We drove to the high school parking lot so Jacob could ride some more. We stopped at Salvation army and got Jacob a bike. It is the same bike Jacob is riding but in much better shape, except the back tire (the old bike has good tires). Jacob got to stay up late working on his bike with Daddy. He said he liked his alone time with Mommy and Daddy.

The big brothers are so good helping out with Eli. And Jacob is really amazing with his bike riding. I am glad that he is getting so much practice. I hope Adam had a great sleepover.
Wow! Eli looks so big standing without hanging on. It's hard to believe he's going to be taking off walking soon.
