The boys woke us up around 6am. Adam said he’d been up since 3am. He tried to get back to sleep. Adam started our coffee for us. I put cinnamon rolls in the oven. The boys started opening their stockings. In their stockings was some candy and gum, toothbrush, darts, gel pens, and a neon rubix cube. We started taking turns opening one gift each. I got a heated mattress pad for our bed, a couple packs of socks filled with starbursts, grinding stones, cute sheep slippers, and two new hooded sweatshirts. Jared got a nice scale for weighing glaze ingredients, a tape measure, m&m’s, a klein screwdriver set (these were Eli’s idea), and darts. Wyatt opened a new toy with Jacob and Adam’s help. Together the boys got the Sackett book series. Then Adam and Eli got some color changing light bulbs for their room. Jacob got an Echo dot, a desk lamp, a charging cord, an Alex rider book, and star wars legos. Adam got minecraft legos, a jbl go3 speaker, a coin bank, a garfield book, and a tripod with a remote. The last present to open was his tripod. I noticed he was done and hadn’t opened it. It was missing. Jared and I searched our closet and the tack room but couldn’t find it. We searched our closet and I finally found where I had hidden it. It was in the cabinet behind a big pile of honey dippers. I hadn’t even wrapped it yet. Eli got ninjago legos, a bubble blaster, a heated blanket, garfield book and earbuds. The next several hours were spent putting together lego sets. Adam used his new tripod and legos to make a couple stop motion movie. We watched some tv and the boys played minecraft. Daddy started reading on of the Sackett books which he finished by the end of the day. It snowed a little today. We ate around 1:30. Eli finished building his lego set and was excited to show it to Daddy. He’d made him wait to see it until it was finished. Jacob worked on his new puzzle. Then I worked on fixing Vikki’s hat. She wanted thicker braids and a pom pom added. Mom and Dad came over for a visit this afternoon and we got to facetime Melissa. The kids were all so excited to show their Christmas gifts to each other. We had a nice visit and watch some funny videos of Victor Borge on youtube. After Nana and Papa left the boys played some minecraft. Jared and I played 3-13. I won by 3 points. Jared threw me 2 wilds. One was in the Jack round. He said, “I hope you dont needs this (jack).” Haha. We watched a couple movies this evening. First Home Alone and then Its a Wonderful Life.

What a fun morning. It looks like they hit the jackpot! Woo...There is a bill to pay! So many questions about so many pictures. What were they opening at the moment.
This morning is B and Bowl. Then once again...unread library books back to the library. Might make a few masks this afternoon. Mary K wants some "special" ones ...what ever that means. She got some really nice ones but gave them away. It's a Hostetler thing I guess. So...I'll try again. Off to church soon.
I just noticed that Kimmy must have gone shopping Xmas morning. She is no where to be seen. And I didn't even see a gift box with her name on it. Poor
thing. Hope this is that last bad Xmas for her.
I love Christmas at your house pictures. So nice and so much fun for everyone. You always make everything so special and are sure creating great memories. Lots of memories of our past Christmases came flooding back when looking at your pictures. Those sure were some happy boys in all the pictures. Such a nice day. Thanks for welcoming us so nicely when we came.
