Jacob and his 8th grade band playing at the district band festival. They received the highest ratings. They got all A's and 2 A-'s. Mr Shepherd said they're only his second band ever to receive all A's. The next day he brought donuts to class. After the concert we got to follow them to another room to listen to them do their sight reading contest. They had 5 minutes to learn a song and play it together. It was really neat to hear and they did great.
