Adam's staying - haha
Adam taking the Traprock sign down to the end of the road.
Our new pottery!
Jared, Adam and I were up around 6:30. We took the fly off the tent and then I went in to wake the boys and started packing. We were finished packing at around 8:30 and then had pancakes with Grandma and Grandpa. Eli said, "I'm can't wait to see the kitty's but I'm gonna miss Copper Harbor. I'm gonna miss pancakes!" We were on the road by 9:00. We stopped for pops and then stopped at the Dennis and Leslie's shop so Adam could walk the sign to the end of the road. We stopped in Houghton to get gas. The boys watched Tom & Jerry and then some old Transformers shows. We stopped at Walmart in Marquette to get food for lunch. We were home at around 6:15. My parents came over this evening and we turned on the new pump. It works great and we started watering the garden! We gave my parents a sweet roll from the Hilltop restaurant. I got to show Mom our new pottery and then we took a walk in the woods. Dad and Jared went to see the well. We unpacked Truman's rock and hauled it out to his grave. After my parents left we finished unpacking the van and I worked on laundry.

I have looked at ALL the pictures and read the comments at least 3 times in the last two days. Maybe I'm not busy enough! No true. Just love the memories. It was such a great fun vacation with you all.
Now I have gone through all the pictures once. They are great!
It is sad to say good-by to one set of grandparents at Copper Harbor -- and it is so good to say hello to more grandparents at home!
Lovely pictures of all the family and friends along the way -- and great stories of all the things you do every year -- making memories!
Thanks so much for sharing -- although I don't think I really want to eat any raw s'mores. I like mine well cooked -- like my steak.
