Day 14

We were up at 6:30 today. Grandma and Grandpa came to sit with us while we waited for the boys to wake up.  Adam woke up first and brought me some blueberry bread from the campground host.  Then he and I played Uno.  Jacob and Eli were up around 8:00.  After breakfast we took a walk around the campground.  Eli rode his bike and is getting much more confident on it.  He's been practicing standing up while he rides but his hands get tired from his tight grip.  He even likes to take the bumpy bike trails now.  Daddy and the boys played Uno and then a game of dice.  Eli played with sidewalk chalk. After lunch we walked over to Pebble beach.  Jared and I picked blueberries for Grandpa while the boys played on the beach.  We found a lot of berries.  This afternoon we taught the boys how to play triominols.  Jacob really liked this game.  And then Daddy taught the boys how to play crazy 8's.  The boys played games until dinner time.  Eli had a lot of fun playing with Dominic.  They ran around chasing Raelynn with the water guns.  El saved some of his pizza to give to Dominic.  This evening we worked on tying to help Dennis and Marsha fix their screen tent zipper.  We got it temporarily fixed but the zipper needs to be replaced.  We sat by the fire a with Grandma and Grandpa and the boys played with games and the read comics.  Then we made s'mores.  It's supposed to thunderstorm tonight.  Adam helped me put away the camp kitchen and cooler. Got to bed around 10:30.

The boys are learning to play a lot of games. Will these replace "dogs" in the hall closet in Georgia?

Jacob standing next to Eli looks enormous! I don't think there are many pictures of him standing next to his father. Is Jared avoiding the comparison?
