Day 12

Back at Eagle River

The boys was so cole but they didn't mind.

Making footprints

So goofy!

It was raining this morning when we woke up. Eli slept in until 9am so Grandma saved some pancakes for him. Grandma and Eli were pretending that the pancake bites were different kinds of fish. When Grandma stopped Eli said, "Play with me Grandma!"  Adam and Daddy took a scooter ride this morning. Then Eli, Adam and I went for a ride. We rode our scooters through a large puddle. Jacob and Adam took their scooters back to ride in the puddle.  The boys wanted to go back to Eagle river so we headed there after lunch. The temp was around 66 degrees but it felt much cooler than yesterday.  The boys didn't seem to mind it though.  We spent a couple hour there.  Adam built many sand castles around the water. The boys played again on the drift wood. Eli was busy digging with his shovel. Jacob built a sand castle with water around it. Jared worked hard to stop the water from going into the lake.  On our way home we stopped to visit with Leslie. Grandma and Grandpa were there too. Eli fell asleep on the drive and slept in the van. The boys and Daddy walked up to the store for some pops.  Eli cried cause he didn't get to say hi so we took him out to see Leslie.  Then I took him in the store to pick out a pop. We got back around 4pm.  The boys threw the frisbee with Daddy. Then they drew on the road with chalk. After dinner we took a walk around the campground. We sat by the fire and made smores. Grandma and Grandpa  and Dennis and Marsha came over too.  We were in bed after 10pm
