Adam teaching Eli how to dry dishes

Adam slept in until about 9:30 and Grandma saved some pancakes to warm up for him. Jacob had all his bullet shells organized but they got spilled so he worked on reorganizing them. We took a walk around the campground with Grandma, Grandpa and Marsha. It started sprinkling as we were walking. It was around 60 degrees and breezy this morning. We took a walk over to pebble beach and walked along the shore. Daddy and the boys climbed on the big rocks. We hiked back on the trail with Grandma and picked blueberries. Adam and Eli ate them about as fast as they could be picked. It was around 1:30 when we got back to camp. After lunch we headed to Eagle River to play in the water. It was 66 degrees and cloudy but the boys didn't mind the cold water. The water that the boys usually play in was so deep in one spot that it came up to Jacob's chin. Adam was pretending it was deeper that it actually was in other areas.  Daddy found a huge piece of drift wood that the boys had fun riding on. Eli made a volcano in the sand.  The boys opened up the river so the water came rushing into Lake Superior. They  wore their floaties and floated on their back in the current.  Adam and Eli built a sand castle with a drawbridge.  We got back to camp around 5:30.  Dennis and Marsha brought over a surprise for the boys. It was a bag of rocks that he let to boys take turns picking out of. Jacob realized that they were actually candy when he squished one. The boy loved them! After dinner Jacob and Adam dry the washed dishes. Today Adam taught Eli how to dry dishes so he could help too.  We took a walk with Grandma around the campground. Jacob and Adam rode bikes. The boys played in the woods between our campsites. Adam and Eli were Jacob doggies. Dennis gave the boys a bag of corn chips that they used for dog treats. Tonight we sat by the fire and made smores. Grandma and Grandpa came over for awhile and Marsha stopped by too. We were in bed around 10pm
