Eli was up during the night being very congested and he had a high fever. We gave him some medicine and set up the playpen in our bedroom for him to sleep in. Jared and I overslept by about 2hrs this morning. We rushed to get to school/work on time. Eli was very fussy this morning. He started acting a little better after giving him some medicine. Adam wanted to play treasure hunt so at snack time I made a map with several x’s on it. There was a cracker at each x that Adam used the map to find. He thought it was so much fun. Eli woke up from his nap around 11:30. He didn’t eat much for lunch. Around 1:00 Eli was acting really tired and fussy so I lay him down and he went right to sleep. Adam and I went outside. Adam put on his water boots so he could play in the water. It was a nice day outside (~45) Adam liked exploring in the water and playing on the “island”. He also liked chopping the ice with his “ice hammer”. He was really wet but didn’t  mind. We went inside and warmed up with hot chocolate. Jacob seemed sad when he got off the bus. He said a boy on the bus called him a dummy and said he was gonna kill him. He said, "He's a second grader, He should know better! Right?" Jacob and Adam were excited to play in the water with their boots on. Once Jacob splashed water into his boots he was ready to go in though. The boys watched Diego. Then they had lots fun playing with marbles on the bathroom floor. Jacob worked on some homework from his sick days that he missed. Eli lay down for a short nap until dinner was ready. When he woke Adam climbed in his crib and was humming to him as he cuddled by him. Eli ate some of his dinner.
