He has a permit!
Driving with Daddy
This is the our new raspberry color
Jacob had drivers training this morning from 8-10:00. He drove on the expressway to Clare and said it was fun! He came home with a pink permit which is good for a month. Jared and I unloaded the kiln and smoothed the bottom of all the pieces. Jacob drove Daddy to Home Depot to get some buckets for new glazes. Jared worked on making glazes while I took pottery pictures. Then Jared took a bunch of measurements of the pottery. This evening we went to town to post pictures. Adam and Jacob stayed home and Eli came with us. We were going to go to Tim Horton's but they were closed. We went to McDonalds and got frappe's. Eli got a burger and a pop. We posted pictures from the parking lot. Pictures download so much faster in town.

Jacob sure looks like papa when he was young in the picture of him driving. Amazing! Love the pictures of my handsome grandsons. Beautiful toothpick holder and beautiful new color. There sure is a lot of work involved in every aspect of making pottery. Nice that you could enjoy treats while your pictures downloaded fast. Love you!
Yay that Jacob has his permit and how wonderful that he thought it was fun driving on the expressway.
I am so happy for him to be able to drive you and Jared around now and get driving experience. He can drive you here on his next day off school.
More awesome pottery. Those salt sellers are so cute. Kids are growing up way to fast but it always happens that way.
