Jacob trying to get taller than Adam

Shelf is full.  The other shelves are full of bisque pottery.  New elements are ordered - yay!

Today I did a bunch of trimming on the wheel.  Later I scrubbed the pottery room.  I also took towels, aprons, tools, and buckets outside to hose off.  Jared and I had chili for lunch.  When I got home from school I looked for Jared but he was gone.  I was going out to the barn to see if the car was in there.  Then I noticed he tried to call and messaged me that he was at Darren's house.  Darren is moving and selling some tools.  Jared went to look at what he is selling.  I took a walk in the woods with Wyatt and I noticed some dark cloud coming.  It hailed for a couple minutes and then it rained.   Eli and Adam had soccer practice this evening.  I took Eli to his at the soccer complex.  Adam’s was at a park.  It sprinkled off and on during practice.  We warmed up chil for dinner when we got home.  The boys watched some tv before bed.

Pretty shelves! They are pretty without glaze! And what are those two huge kids doing on the top bunk? I'm impressed that the bed has not been smashed to the floor. Tools...Barn tools?

Your bowls and mugs are amazing. You both have amazing talent! Those boys are so funny...I remember goofing off with Aunt Linda when we were their age, and we broke the bunk bed. Grandma was across the street at the neighbors though, so we got big nails, a hammer, and nailed it back up so she wouldn't know. We told her years later. I don't even know how we fixed it to hold. I only know I was glad I slept on the top bunk.

Haha that's funny Mom. I sure wouldn't want to be on the bottom bunk. Good thing the boys have a really sturdy bunk. I'm not sure of all that we are getting from Darren. I know we are getting some sawhorses, pipe wrenches, bench grinder, sanding blocks, a hoe, and maybe a bigger chop saw. Kimmy

Ours was just a homemade bunk bed to begin with. That's why grandma didn't notice. Nice that you are getting all that good stuff from Darren! Happy for you!!! Love ya!
