Noah getting his bible
Jared here, borrowing the blog from Kimmy for a report on the Indianapolis Russell Christmas trip. So the trip arrived a week late due to an extreme illness. One that would of killed a mere mortal. We had to postpone the trip down to Indy so as not to spread the plague. So we arrived earlier on Friday than expected due to school being canceled for super cold weather. Cold that would of killed a mere mortal. We arrived and had a wonderful time visiting. Noah and Andrew were there when we arrived and Eric and Kat arrived a bit later. Noah and Andrew got to spend the night, the boys had a absolute blast. I’m note sure much sleep happened as there was a lot lot lot of chatting while trying to sleep. We had Christmas the following Saturday morning. Eric and I each spent the morning unwrapping the one heavily taped package we gave each other. While Eric resorted to using tools I successfully opened mine with my bare hands. Or BEAR hands as that was the strength needed to open it. Lets not talk about the two blisters on the ends of my fingers that developed and busted open while opening the heavily tapped package. Actually it was three fingers but the third didn’t tear open so lets not talk about that. We had a good time visiting and loved playing with Noah and Andrew for almost two full days. Sunday morning we woke and headed to mom and dad’s church. We noticed the supports holding the railing in the house were broken so we stopped at the store to pick up some repair parts. After church we fixed the railing. Then loaded the van and loaded the van and loaded the van. Off we went for the trip home. Had a wonderful time, bummed it had to be delayed a week but it was the best for those mere mortals.

Good thing you are a soap dispenser or you might not have survived. It would have been trouble for a mere mortal.
