Goodbye Copper Harbor
Leaving Copper Harbor faces. Eli is thinking of seeing his kittens:)
This morning Adam woke up with us and helped pack. Jared and Grandpa saw a bald eagle flying over Lake Fanny Hooe. The other boys woke up while we were working in the tent. Everything was packed by around 8:30. Grandma made pancakes and we were on the road by 9am. We said our goodbyes as we left Copper Harbor. We got to Marquette around noon and stopped at the grocery store for snacks and lunch The boys watched How to Train your Dragon episodes on our drive. We got ahold of Megan before we got to the bridge and she said some sheep were loose. We decided not to stop and get out in Mackinaw City like we usually do. We did stop at a gas station to stretch and got waters. It was a really hot drive with a loaded van and no air conditioning but none of the boys complained. We got home around 6:30. There were a couple loose sheep and we got them back into their paddock. They'd knocked down a gate. Truman and the other animals were doing good. The boys were a huge help with unloading the van. 50 weeks and counting!

At last. I have tried to remain patient and quiet. I am glad to see the vacation pics are posted.
So happy you got some posts caught up. I've been waiting patiently haha! Can't wait to see the pics of your honey making. Good thing you posted a pic of Eli's scooter so I could tell Rody the right one to get! The kids sure love their new scooters!
Happy to see your post too. Such sad faces on the boys when they had to leave. Adam is really the sad one ha ha. Nice pictures. Sure were glad to have you home though. Did you stop at the Piggly Wiggly in Marquette???
What's the Piggly Wiggly?
It is a grocery store in Marquette that we always went to. It was a chain store.
