The Titanic

Yesterday one of our ewes was "in heat" and the ram pushed on the fence and really messed it up. The goat got over it and was in with the ewes. We fixed the fence and nailed it really good to the posts. Well another sheep was "in heat" today and the ram was ramming the fence. I could hear him hitting the fence from the house. So I locked the ewes in the stall until Jared came home from work. We had used up all the fence nails yesterday. Jared came home from work early and stopped for fence supplies on his way home. We worked on putting up an electric fence in the rams paddock. Vikki, Kenzie, and the babies came over to visit. We worked on the fence until it was time to make dinner. Kenzie and Jacob were working on homework at the table. Jacob likes his pencils very sharp when writing. I was telling him that I had sharpened all the pencils today when Kenzie pulled out a mechanical pencil and gave it to him. That made him very happy. The boys had soccer practice this evening.
