The boys were up around 7:30 and noticed the colored eggs hidden in the room. We told them that the easy eggs on the floor were for Eli. Jacob was finding them much faster that Adam so Daddy gave Adam some clues. They had so much fun! After they'd found all the eggs Daddy hid their Easter baskets. Adam and Eli’s baskets were hidden pretty easy but Jacob wanted his to be hard. He needed hot/cold hints from Daddy to find it. The boys had fun seeing the goodies in their baskets. Jared went out to tube feed a couple of the triplets before church. Jacob sang the song, “Gods not dead" a lot today. After church we came home for a little while. Around 11:30 we headed to Nana and Papa’s house. Nana had hidden a lot of easter eggs in the yard and the kids had a great time looking for those. Nana also had made each of them an Easter basket, which they took turns finding. They enjoyed going thru their baskets from Nana and Papa. Dad grilled hot dogs and chicken and Mom had made a lot of other good foods to eat. It was a windy day outside. We’d left Eli’s blanket hat home so Eli had to take a nap without it. No way was he going to sleep with any other blanket. He was very tired and went to sleep quickly. The kids watched a video. Nana and Papa watched the boys while we took a bunch of clothes bags to Melissa’s house. Max showed us how he can ride his bike without training wheels. Jacob was watching a movie which we finished before going home. Nana Adam and I went outside to see if we could find any missed eggs. Adam found one. Jacob thought it would be a good idea to watch the Jesus Movie tonight so we did and had a campout in the living room.

What a happy Easter and what handsome boys and what beautiful ties! So grown-up they look with their ties. (This is not intended as a critique of the tie-less one -- just an observation about the three others.)
