11-23-15

Today the boys wrote lists for our GA trip.  They are super excited.  The other day Adam said, "If I could wish it was any day I'd wish it was the day we leave for GA."

Today we got this email (below) from Jacob's science teacher.

Thought I'd pass along some good news, Jacob aced his science post-test last Friday.  It seems to me that he really buckled down and worked hard to do well on it.  I hope that he comes home excited to tell you about it, but in case he forgets, he scored 15/15, which only about 10% of the fifth graders were able to do.  He was pretty pumped about it and he should be.

We were in the nursery during second service today.  After church we stopped at the store for groceries.  Adam loves to come in with me and always brings Louie (his bear).  He's such a great helper and loves to surprise Daddy and his brothers with a treat.  When we got home we put the pizza's in the oven for lunch.  Adam and Eli played outside and Jacob worked on a 500 pc puzzle that he started the other day.  This evening we set up the Christmas tree and had fun decorating.  Then we had popcorn, pop and ice cream and watched a movie.  We watched Charlie Brown Christmas and Home Alone 2.  Eli was talking about when he grows up and said, "I going to live here when I grow up because I don't want to leave my lego's."

Dancing with the bears

Daddy's teasing Eli saying that's how the tree is suppose to be (folded up).

Jacob played some Christmas music on his clarinet

I don't think Daddy should be up there!

Today we celebrated Thanksgiving at my parents house.  Jacob was really excited to bring his clarinet and play for family.  Nana gave him this stand which was Kenzie's and he was really excited about it.

Watching Space Buddies

Today we got our first snow and the kids had a lot of fun playing in it.

Max stood so still and was actually touching these birds as they came to the feeder.

Adam made a snowman

Isaac is teasing Uncle Jared and wearing his shoes.

None of us could find our ice scrapers and when we asked my parents for theirs they couldn't find it.    Brooms will work, Haha

I got called into work this morning.  I worked at the middle school and then finished at the elementary.  I picked the boys up from school since I got out of work around the time they were done.
