I took Eli to school this morning and then we headed to Jacob's orthodontist appointment. That appointment was at 8:05. I always take him to McDonald for a shake after his appointment but it was too early for a shake so he got a drink and an egg McMuffin. We went to Kohl's but they didn't open until 9:00 so we waited about 15 min. Jacob played some great music while we waited. We were here so Jacob could look at their coats. He found a nice coat that was on clearance. He also got some burts bees chapstick. He opened them up in the van so we could smell each of them. We hurried home and Jacob took off the anti theft seat post cable from his old bike and was going to put it on his new one. We couldn't figure out how to get it back on so we will have to take it to the bike shop. We headed back to MSU. Stopped at the gas station on the way. Jacob and I enjoyed listening to some great music on the drive. Jacob had to get to his lesson so after dropping him off I took his bike to the bike shop. There was no place to park at the bike shop. It took me a while to find somewhere but I found a parking garage within walking distance from the bike shop. The cable was put on pretty quickly and I heading back to the parking garage. It was raining. I took Jacob's bike and locked it up at Mayo Hall. I stopped at Dunhams and got some snacks and a drink for the drive home. I was pretty tired because I stayed up late last night. I rained most of the drive home. The gps kept telling me to get off where I didn't think I should. The road I usually take was closed due to an accident. There was a semi truck tipped over. I went a different way but that road was closed. Took the detour down some dirt roads. Eventually I got to M30. I was about 20 min late picking Eli up from school. Then we headed to pick up Adam. Stopped at tsc to pick up Adam's welding helmet that we ordered. He really enjoys his welding class. Eli had soccer practice this evening. We had drumsticks for dinner and potatoes and carrots. Played some bedwars with the boys. Jacob rode his bike to his connection group this evening. He stayed nice and warm with his new coat. He said the group was pretty great!.
