We had to be to the fairgrounds at 8am to take down. We started in the Geirstacker building taking down all the 4H craft projects and shelving. When the trucks were done loading the livestock we could then start taking down the sheep and pig barn. After that we loaded the van with the wheel barrel buckets and other items. We loaded the kiln when we got home. Then we worked on getting the corn off the cob and into freezer bags. Jared chopped green peppers while I cut the corn off the cob. The boys hauled cobs out to the garden. We got 16 quart bags of corn in the freezer. We went to town for groceries and pizza. After lunch we worked on cutting up the banana peppers and getting the in the freezer. Jared and I played a couple games of 3-13 and we each won. This evening we had popcorn pop and ice cream and watched tv. Jared mowed the lawn and I weeded the flower beds. It was really humid outside.

It's sure a bountiful garden this year. Those sheep sure have lots of good grass to graze on. Beautiful picture of them! Looks like some hungry boys lined up for pizza!
