Loading the kiln

Packages ready for the post office

More packages ready to ship tomorrow.

We loaded the kiln this morning.  Burr it was cold and windy outside.  Adam went to the post office with me.  We saw a bald eagle eating road kill on the way home.  We watched it fly into a tree in the field.  Adam and Eli had zoom meetings today.  Adam had 4 and Eli had 3.  All Jacob's zooms's are on Monday's and Wednesday's.  Eli couldn't get on for band zoom because it wasn't working.  He did have to record a video of him playing a song.  We forgot to teach him about cork grease so the cork came off his mouthpiece.  Good thing we have Uncle Rick's clarinet.   He was able to use the mouthpiece from that.  Jacob showed him how to use cork grease and gave him his own tube.  Eli really really likes Uncle Rick's case so is going to switch cases.  He also didn't have a cover for his mouthpiece and we found one he can use.  He was so happy and loved helping me clean the case. Now he can store his music book right in his case! The stitches were all rotted so I had to glue some parts of the case.  I think it will hold up for many more years.  I made 16 big mugs today.  Got done around lunchtime.  Jared came home early because we had an appointment to get our flu shots.  We went to Camp's music shop to drop off Eli's mouthpiece.  Also went to Staples to get some boxes.  The boys had fun playing minecraft with Travis.   We Face-timed Aunt Missy and the kids to see their new guinea pig.  Also to wish Max a happy birthday.

The music case has a new life. Love the recycling. Love seeing Eli with the case. He's one happy kido. He should do a band show and tell with the case. How old???? Woo..lots of boxes. I think I see another recycled one. Masks! And the beat goes on. Two more overnight. Good to know you got flu shots. Kimmy and Kat are on it! Doing a Bread Run this morning with Sue. She should take care of the Wed. run. I'm doing some Fridays. Sarah Ellen is healing but it will be a very long heal. Shoulder replacements are not easy. I'll expect her back on the job in three months...maybe! Good to see Adam is going to the postoffice. Your car is full of boxes for sure. Such fun to watch etsy.

Two people want those three bowls. Maybe that will get one of them to come through sooner than later. I'm watching that today. It doesn't take much to entertain me at this point in my life!!!!!

Did you have to dust the case off before opening it? Happy to see it getting used. I always liked the extra space in the case
