Opening the kiln

New round bale for the ewes

Adam got hurt and now has a big bump on his shin.

We had banana bread and donuts for breakfast.  Jared made a trip to town for our drinks.  We played a few soccer games today.  The first game Jacob and Adam won 8-7.  I scored a couple points!  Later we played and lost 10-1.  We started another game with Adam, Eli and I vs Daddy and Jacob.  Jacob and Adam play so hard against each other and kept getting hurt.  They really need to wear their shin guards if they play against each other.  Adam has a big bump on his shin.  Nik joined the boys on their minecraft server.  Jared and I worked on the loom rug.  We have about 14 inches left until it's done.  We unloaded the kiln this evening.  One of my honey pot lids had a knob fall off.  Other than that everything was good.

Lots of nice pottery in the kiln. Too bad about the knob. Those boys definitely need those shin guards. Yay for you, you seem to be scoring lots more points now.

Best pictures ever. You have a beautiful barn. I bet the sheep don't even know that. Awesome kiln load. Yup...it's full to the brim. Is it possible to do another bisk load while you glaze? Just thinking which often gets me into trouble. The mugs, etc are falling off the web site. Great Sat.

Are you getting any eggs from the younger bunch?

Yes, the younger bunch is laying. They have slowed down though or they are hiding them really good.

We have kiln mending paste so we glued it back on. This is the first time we’ve tried it ao we will see. It seems good.

Will be nice if that works! Sure hope so!
