Eli helped me finish staining the deck. Adam and I played a couple games of chess. Adam won both games. After lunch Adam and Eli went swimming. Jacob tilled the garden. Then we watched a Little House. Jacob and I went to town to get some garden fence and posts. We needed more for our bigger garden. The stores were sold out of chicken fence so we got some other fence. It was 6 foot by 100 ft and we got two rolls. We had to cut them so they would be 2ft tall. The boys had fun playing with the chickens in the left over fencing. We worked on planting the garden until it was too dark and it was raining.
