Trip to GA #13. So we took off Tuesday afternoon for our Georgia Thanksgiving. We made previous arrangements to stay the night in Knoxville TN at the Best Western. Nice room, 2 beds and a pull out couch. Adam was happy he didn’t have to sleep on the floor. We got up and took off the next day for the Lego store and then to the Monastery. GA was warm this year - 70’s- HOT. We were the last to arrive and off to the store with Uncle Rick, Uncle Dee, Mom, Adam and myself. Thanks Uncle Rick for feeding the crowd again. We had a great thanksgiving meal. Visited with Monks at the bakery, and at the store. Took walks, played lots of 3-13, put a puzzle together and turned over a few fire ant hills. Eli and Adam named every stray cat that came along. Teased and picked on each other, laughed - good discussion about the ATM lady. Ate lots of goooooood apple pie - thanks mom. Tons of fun. Left early Sunday morning for home. Winter storm hit Michigan and watched the power Outage map on the phone the whole way home, greater than 40,000 without power - we were one of those. Arrived to a house without power that was 47 degrees F. Burrrrrrrr. Looking forward to GA #14.
