Bath time

Watching a show and drinking ice cream shakes

I was swimming when the boys got home from school.  We packed lunches for tomorrow and then I headed to Kutchey's greenhouse to meet Jared.  We didn't have much time before they closed but we got some plants and headed home.  Adam and Daddy headed to soccer practice.  Eli and I went for a swim and Jacob read his book.  Eli continued swimming after I got out.  I worked with Wyatt on learning to come.  Eli jumped in the pool over and over.  He had me take some slow motion videos.

5-30-18

I went for a swim before the boys got home from school.  Adam was hoping I would go swimming with him so we swam until dinner was ready.  After dinner we took Wyatt outside on the long leash.  Adam had fun running around with him.  The cats kept stopping him by grabbing the end of the leash.  We took a walk in the woods with Wyatt on the long leash and practiced "come" with him,

5-29-18

I stayed late at work today to help Linda with inventory.  I let Wyatt out of his crate and carry him to the door to go potty.  He was excited to see me and gaves me a kiss.  He always goes potty quickly.  When we come in the house he goes to the rug by the stove and sits to wait for a treat.  The only treats he will take right now is a piece of string cheese or a piece of chicken hot dog.  I had to head back to school to pick up Adam so we could get to our eye Dr. appointment by 3:30.  Adam forgot that I was picking him up and he got on the bus.  I found his bus and got him off.  Traffic was slow because we left with the busses.  We still got to the appointment on time.  Adam has been afraid that he's going blind because his eyes have been itching.  We told him it was just allergies but he believes it more coming from a doctor.  The doctor recommended using allergy eye drops.  Jacob and Eli were watching Ninjago when we got home.  Jacob had taken Wyatt potty and had taken care of him.  Nik came over and the boys went swimming.  Adam had soccer practice this evening.  Eli and I went for a swim and had fun playing games in the pool.  When Jared got home we took a walk in the woods.

5-28-18

Wyatt fell in the pond.  He wants to get that pinecone.

Jacob was on the floor in our bedroom this morning.  Adam and Eli were up watching Inspector gadget.  At around 9:30 we headed into town to get goodies and go see the new star wars movie.  In town Jacob realized he didn't have his glasses so we headed back home for those.  We still got there about 30 minutes early.  We really enjoyed the movie.  At home the boys and I went for a swim while Jared worked on mowing the lawn.  When I got out I brought Wyatt outside and worked on weeding the flower beds.  Jared got in the pool to cool off and Nik came over to swim.  We took a walk in the woods and then went inside to cool off in the air.  Then we sat on the deck for awhile.  I took a little nap with Wyatt on the couch.  Jacob read his new book and Adam and Eli played with legos.  After dinner we went outside to take a walk.  Nik came over and the boys played in the pool until around 8:30.

5-27-18

We went shopping after church and picked up pizza's for lunch.  Watched Inspector Gadget while eating lunch.  This afternoon we relaxed in the hammocks and went for a swim.  We heard thunder and it looked like a storm was coming.  It got windy and rained.  We took a walk in the woods.  This evening we watched inspector gadget and had popcorn pop and ice cream.

Adam said he shook Jacob awake this morning saying, “Its your birthday Jacob, Wake up!”  Then they both came into the bedroom to wake us up.  I had just taken Wyatt outside so I was awake in bed.  Jacob woke up Eli because he was ready to open his presents.  He got an iPod, a case knife, drawing pencils,  drawing paper, candy, and gum.  We also put some money on his iPod so he could download some music from iTunes.  Daddy and Adam went to town to get our Saturday goodies.  Jacob played on his iPod.  We had fun going through pictures/videos from his old iPod and moving them to his new one.  We talked about going to see the new Star wars movie but Jacob really just wanted to stay at home today.  We took a walk in the woods and showed the boys some cool mushrooms out there.  Jacob got some nice pictures with his iPod.  Daddy and Adam went to Darren’s house to take care of his cats.  Jacob found a stick in the woods and sat on the deck to whittle it.  Eli and I played a game of tonk which ended in a tie.  It was a very warm day so we all cooled off in the pool.  The boys made a fast whirlpool and also made some big waves.  Came in around 1:00 to grill hot dogs for lunch.  We relaxed on the deck for awhile and then decided to get out the hammocks and relax in the woods. Jacob and Adam played the computer while Daddy and Eli went to town to get Good Times pizza for dinner.  We watched Inspector Gadget while eating dinner.  Then we sang to the birthday boys and had cake and ice cream.   There was a thunder storm headed our way so we sat on the deck and enjoyed listening to the storm.  We went in when it started to rain.  After tucking Eli and Adam in bed Jacob, Daddy and I played a game of tonk.  We had such a great day celebrating with our teenager!
