We woke the boys up around 6:00. Jacob stood up and said, “I can’t believe I’m 11 years old!”  Daddy had some yummy banana bread made. Jacob wanted to open his presents before eating breakfast.  He loved his punch balloons. Eli really wanted a punch balloon so Jacob said, “Eli I’m a nice guy! You can play with one.” But Eli pouted because he wanted his own.  Jacob got a rattle lure and swivels for fishing, gum, a nerf upgrade, twistable colored pencils, a bubble blaster, cologne, and a new scooter.  He guessed the nerf upgrade before opening it.  He tried his scooter and then put his nerf gun together.  After breakfast he organized his tackle box. Daddy headed to work and I took the boys to school. I went to the store to exchange the bubble blaster that didn’t work. Around 10:30 we headed to school for a picnic with Eli. We brought him a McDonalds happy meal for lunch. He ate lunch and then went outside to play with his friends Bobby and Gage. It was fun watching him play with his friends.  Jared took the rest of the day off work and we got Jacob out of school early.  We went to McDonald's for shakes and then headed to Good Times pizza to pick up our dinner.  Jacob just wants to relax at home this evening so we picked up our food early.  We took the scooters to ride around in the church parking lot.  Jacob wasn't feeling so well so we didn't stay long.  At home we played Minecraft until it was time to get the boys off the bus.  Nik came over to play after school.  The kids had so much fun with the bubble blaster.  They went outside to play hide and seek.  Adam filled the little pool and had fun cooling off in the water.  This evening we watched Clone wars and A-team.  Jacob hasn't been feeling too good so he didn't eat any cake or ice cream.  We took a fun walk in the woods and the boys brought their bubble blasters. Jacob said many times" I love my birthday."  He slept on his cot in his bedroom.  It was a super fun day celebrating with our 11 year old!
