We went to my parents house today and enjoyed hanging out there.  Vikki and I had decided to knit Melissa some slippers and Mom worked on a scarf for Kenzie.  We each stopped at the store on the way to pick out our yarn color (not knowing what each other was going to pick).  I was so excited for Vikki to get there so we could see the color she chose.   Well, we picked the exact same color (a burgundy color) - hahaha, we are twins!

Here are the finished slipper

This evening was the school carnival.  Jacob asked if he could go off on his own so he did.  We met up with him every once and awhile.  Eli was acting tired at first and didn't want to play the games but that didn't last long.  Jacob kept winning tickets for free popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy.  I don't know how many he had.  He gave one of his tickets to Adam for a cotton candy which was sweet.  All the boys had so much fun.  Jacob brought his money and bought a mustang stuffed animal and a mustang keychain.

The boys got their report cards today.  Here is Jacob's persuasive writing.
