The boys had school for a half day today. We had parent teacher conferences this afternoon. Jared met us at school just before noon. First we had conferences with Adam's teacher. Adam struggles in reading and reads at a level H. He is doing good in math. His teachers say he very well behaved and is a role model student. We had awhile to wait so we walked around at the book fair. Jacob bought a drawing book. We went out to the playground but it was so cold and windy we didn't stay out long. Conferences for Jacob were at 1:48. Jacob is still struggling in many areas but he loves school and especially loves his computer at school. On Wednesday's a computer tech comes in to teach them something new on their computers. Jacob couldn't wait to show me his computer. He got to show Daddy it at Donuts with Dad's. Jacob is reading at a level K. Jacob is well behaved and has been clipping up on his behavior chart. I was hoping Miss Ludy (special ed teacher) would be there. We sure do miss Mr Goff. So glad Jacob gets him back in Middle school.
Jacob's writing
- (At Copper Harbor I was riding my bike really fast from the store and I turned real sharp on loose gravel and me and my bike fell on over sideways but luckily my Dad was close behind and my Dad laughed and said I bet you are going to have a big bruise. And when I got home and told my Mom she freaked out and said are you ok and I said yes and the next day the same thing happened but this time it was going around a curve and a car was coming and I almost got hit by a car and I got a bloody knee and a big bruise.)
Adam's writing
- (I helped in my yard with my Daddy and I mowed the grass and my Dad raked the garden and then we raked the leaves and I helped my Dad plant the seeds and I fed the sheep.)
