I went to school with Jacob this morning for Muffin with Mom's. His belly still isn't feeling to well but he tried a lemon muffin and really liked it. Several of his friends sat with us including Nik (neighbor boy). I had a coffee but Jacob wanted me to try the juice so he got me some of that. Jared met us at Jacobs school with Adam and Eli. Eli was happy to see me and wanted a hug. We took Adam to school and Jared headed to work. Eli and I watched Curious George and Blues Clues. Then we played hide and seek with Norman. Eli thinks it's so funny when Normam finds us. I did some exercises while Eli took a morning nap. Adam was excited to tell me that Ronald McDonalds visited his school today. He said he was really funny.

Happy Valentines boys!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Jared had to leave a little early for work this morning. He opened his birthday presents before he left. The boys and I had waffles for breakfast. Today was pj day at Adams school. He was excited to wear his camo pjs but thought his teacher might not be able to see him.  At home I decorated a heart cake for Jared. When Eli stubs his toe or hurts his foot he sits down and kisses it.  Jared got home from work around noon. He brought me a pretty african violet plant.  I tucked Eli in for a nap. Jared went down to get Adam off the bus. Adam said, "you know what we did after small group? It was really fun! We got to go outside!" He also said they sat at two tables and passed out valentines. He said,"some of us passed out goodies and some of us passed out cards." He was really excited to show us his bag of valentines. After he finished his lunch he decorated a little heart cake with some left over tubes of frosting. Jacob was surprised to see daddy when he got off the bus today. He dumped his bag of valentines and goodies to show us. Then jared and I gave he boys valentines bags. They got paints matchbox cars small balloons and some goodies. Eli also got some heart sunglasses. The boys did some painting until dinner time. Eli colored with markers. We made pizza for dinner. This evening we went to a pack meeting for cub scouts and got home from that around 8:00. After the boys were tucked in bed Jared and I made popcorn and watched A Knights Tale.

Since we have cub scouts tomorrow evening Jared picked up Pi's chinese for our dinner tonight. We also decided to give each other or valentines cards/gifts.

The boys were up around 7am. Jacob still was complaining that he didn't feel well. His cough at night sounds like croup which Isaac was diagnosed with in the ER. Peyton and Isaac were dedicated today so we went to their church for that. Afterward we went to Vikki and Rody's house and had tacos and fried rice. Jacob still isn't eating much and spent most of the time on the couch. On the way home we stopped at kroger and I went in for some groceries. This evening we watched Aristocats. Eli and I played hide and seek. He runs to the kitchen to count saying, "121212..." Then as he runs to find me he says "I come!" He was so excited and many time got Daddy to come with him saying , "mere daddy!"

Jacob came in our bedroom around 5:30 complaining that his belly hurt. He was coughing alot. He laid in our bed for a while before moving to the couch. I got up to do my morning exercises. Eli loves to take the socks off our feet and run away with them. He'll throw them like in his peapod, the hallway, or up in Jacobs bunk. When I ask him if he took my socks he nods his head and says, "Yup!" Adam slept in until around 9:30. Jacob got a plain bagel rather than a donut when we were out this morning. The roads were very slick. Jacob came into meijer with me to pick out valentines cards for his school friends. He chose Star War ones. They came with a poster which he hung on the wall in his bedroom.At home the boys played with the battery powered train set. But Jacob spent most of the day on the couch. He did eat a waffle and some soup for dinner. And he ate some toast too. When I asked who wanted toast Eli quickly raise his hand up and said "me!"  Adam and Eli think its so funny to blow me away. They blew me into their bedroom and shut the door.When I'd open the door there they'd start blowing me back again.
