I was up around 5:30 to exercise. Adam came into the office saying he was scared. He lay in there while I finished my last exercise. We stopped at Tim hortons on our way to Nana and Papa’s house. We first took pictures of the kids by the tree. Jacob wore Papa’s funny singing hat that moves. Then Eli and Adam wanted to have a turn wearing it. Papa read the Christmas story from the bible before we started opening gifts. The kids first did their gift exchange. Eli got some Krinkles and the boys got Strawz (connectible straws). The boys got Max and Jack tin drums and Eli got Kenzie foam nunchucks, ninja keychain, and some neon socks. We opened gifts starting with Eli and ending with Nana and Papa. The kids all had a great time opening gifts and it was very fun to watch them. Kenzie and Uncle Jared made up a new ninja game to play in the basement using the foam nunchucks. I had to sit on the steps to watch them as there were things flying across the room. We ate around 1:00 and the meal was delicious- thanks Mom! Eli didn’t eat much and was very tired so I tucked him in for a nap. He slept for 3 ad hrs. The kids played for a while in the basement. Uncle Bruce brought his legos which the boys had fun with. Jacob and Hailey took care of their quadruplet babies. Papa got Hailey a Baby Alive and they fed and changed her. Then kids watched 12 dogs of Christmas. Mom and I went to get gas because we could get a dollar off with Mom’s Kroger card. Around 5:45 we headed to church for the Christmas Eve service. The boys played bells and did great. They looked around to find us in the crowd and waved. Nana and Papa came too. They played in both services but we left after they were done with bells in the second.

Max and Jack sure love their drums. Lots of parades going on around here. :)
