Adam and Eli spent several hours playing in the water and in the sand today.  

 Wyatts leash came off somewhere in the water.  Jared is searching for it.  After a long time Adam found it.

They forgot to get me a picture at the parent picnic so here's a couple cute ones at home:)

Today was parent picnic for the 3rd/4th and some 2nd graders.  Daddy brought Eli a Happy meal for lunch.  It was raining so the picnic was in the cafeteria.  His teacher said he could go home after the picnic so Daddy signed him out and he waited in the cafeteria while I finished up in the kitchen.  After picking the boys up I dropped Eli and Adam off at home and headed with Jacob to pick up Daddy.  We went to Herter's music shop so Jacob could look at upgrading his clarinet mouthpiece and ligature.  He tried several and found what he liked best.  This evening we took a walk in the woods.  The boys came out and started up a game of tag with Daddy.

It was a very busy day at work today because it was parent picnic day and parents could eat lunch as well.  Connie came in to help and brought Eli another bag of skittles.  Eli lost a tooth at school during his M-step testing.  He stood up in music class (which is in our cafeteria with the school remodel) to show me his missing tooth.  Jared picked up our lambs grain and the boys helped me unload it while Jared took Eli to soccer practice.  They make the job get done fast.  They wanted everything done for daddy so they even unhooked the trailer and pushed it to park.

5/22/19

Dr Pol came to our 4H meeting tonight!!  We were all so excited!!!

The kids came with written question to ask.  Dr Pol did such a great job answering all their questions.  He was funny and made the kids feel so comfortable that even Adam (who is normally quiet) was asking questions.

Jared got his picture with Dr Pol and Diane.  Diane said, "Lets do this right" and had Jared stand in the middle.

The crabapple tree behind Jacob looks so pretty this year.

Eli had a headache so I took his temperature and he had a fever.  I made him a bed on the couch and gave him some ibuprofen.  Jared picked up an extra weed sprayer and some more roundup and after dinner we worked on spraying weeds. Had a lot of thistles in the paddock to spray.

5/20/19

Eli woke up around 4am and walked into our bedroom and puked.  Jared and I got up to helped him and clean up the mess.  He had also puked alot in his bedroom.  We had to work to get the stains out of the carpet.  Jared and I both felt sick after cleaning up this mess.  It really smelled bad.  We went back to bed for a little while until the alarm went off.  Jared went to work to get his computer and worked at home today.  Eli stayed home and didn't eat much today, just a few scrambled eggs.  He has a slight fever and his belly hurt.  After work I worked in the woods with the weedwacker to cut down shrubs.  Jared went to school to get the boys.  Then he came out and helped me in the woods.  We let the sheep out to grazed in our yard.  This evening the boys helped up separate the ewe's from the lambs.  After dinner the boys watched tv.  Jared and I took a walk in the woods.  Then we sat on the swing and called Grandma.

Jacob sure was happy to get some good sleep in his bed.  We woke him for church.  After church got groceries.  Watched tv and had pizza for lunch.  Jared and I worked in the woods this afternoon.
