Eli's soccer game 

Today was a half day of school and the last day!  The boys rode the bus home because I had a meeting after work.  This afternoon the boy had fun playing in the pool.  They spent hours in there.  Eli had a soccer game this evening and Adam had soccer practice.

Daddy and the boys headed to Adam's soccer practice after dinner.  I worked in the woods on spraying round up on the vines.

Award's ceremony!

Fun day!!

Took our turkeys for blood test.  

Honor roll pins and attendance awards!  

Jared went to the boys award ceremony's this morning.  They both made honor roll and got an attendance award. I was bummed I had to miss it for work.  It was a very busy day at work and I got out late.  Got home and took Wyatt out then headed back to school to get the boys.  Today was fun day for Eli and he was tired and very thirsty.  After dinner Adam, Eli and I headed to the fairgrounds with the turkey's to have them tested.  They had to have blood drawn from under their wing.  I got pooped on and one of the turkey's bled a lot on me.  Our turkey's look great and all tested negative.  Jared took Jacob to a Nacho dinner to learn about high school.  After turkey testing I headed to Eli's soccer practice and he got to practice for the last 25 minutes.  That goes until 7:15.  Then we headed to the park to pick up Jacob.  They had come there after the high school meeting because Jared had a park meeting.  Jacob needed me to pick him up because he had homework.  Adam and Eli played to play at the park until Daddy's meeting was done.

We were in the nursery for second service today.  Stopped for groceries and pizza before heading home.  This afternoon the 4H leaders came over to tag the boys sheep.  They said our turkey's looked great.  After they left we took a walk in the woods.  Then I took Wyatt inside to give him a bath and a trim.  That took about 4 hrs.  Jared finished mowing the lawn, tilled the garden, and took down several dead trees.  This evening we had popcorn pop and ice cream and watched tv.  Took another walk outside.  It was chilly.

6-1-19

Got to the soccer field for Eli's game and there was a team still playing.  They found another field to warm up on while we waited for the other team to finish their game.  Eli did a good job playing defense.  Adam's game started at 2:00 but we got there at 1:15.  It was raining and we set up the sunbrella.  Just after that it thundered.  They announced for everybody to get off the fields and the game were postponed for 30 minutes.  It kept thundering/lightening just before or after the 30 minutes and getting postponed until 3:30 when they could finally play.  The other team was there 30 minutes ago but got their bag of balls and the team left.  They didn't come back so we didn't have a team to play.  They shook hands with the refs and we left.  What a bummer!  We stopped at a few stores on the way home and got an umbrella for our deck table.  The boys cleaned out the van.  Then we all got in the van and Jacob drove us over to the barn so the van could get vaccuumed.  Jacob practiced backing in to park.  After they had finished cleaning the van Jacob drove with Daddy down the driveway and back to park it.  We sat under the new umbrella and called Grandma and Grandpa.  The boys helped us get their lambs into a stall because they are going to be getting their fair tags tomorrow.

5-31-19

I dropped the boys off at school and then waited in the van until it was time to head into work.  As I was walking in I noticed that I had worn my old dirty barn crocs to work.  And of coarse the district manager was there this morning.  I told them and before they had time to notice and they all laughed. I guess I just had to laugh with them.  Logan and Gavin came over again for a couple hours.  They went home and then came back for another hour so they could swim in the pond with Adam and Eli.  Jacob was in his room most of the evening except at dinner because he's reading his book.  Jared and I sheared Frannie.  Then we took a walk in the woods.
