The school called again this morning and wanted me to work.  I couldn't today though because I needed to be home with Eli who is still sick.  They do need me for the temporary position so I start tomorrow from 9-3 pm.  Eli seemed to be feeling better this evening.

I worked again at the elementary today.  The principal asked if I would consider a temporary position  as a paraprofessional.  It would mostly likely be until spring break. I told him I was available so he said they'd call me to let me know.   I walked down the road to get the boys off the bus but Eli didn't get off.  I had to hurry home and get the car.  Eli was crying when I got him off the bus.  He had fallen asleep.  He looked very pale and felt warm but was shivering.  I took his temperature and it was almost 104.  Gave him some tylenol and he spent the rest of the evening in his hammock.

The weather was so nice today.  We spent a lot of the day working in the woods.  Adam was a great helper!  He evening brought us drinks and snacks!  We took down a couple tree that had broke and burned a lot of sticks.  Norman hung out in the woods and fetched his frisbee.

Nik came over and we all headed to the rail trail for a walk/bike ride.  Adam loves to practice riding with no hands.

3-11-16

I was going to go to my parents house today but got called in to work at the elementary.  Today I worked with a hearing impaired boy named Owen in his 3rd grade classroom.  I also was the lunch/recess monitor during Eli and Adam's lunches.  This evening Nana and Papa came over to celebrate Eli's birthday.  We had burgers and chips for dinner.  After dinner Eli opened his gift from Nana and Papa.  Nana wrapped his gift in box from a blow dryer/curling iron holder so Eli thought that's was what he was getting.  He still smiled and said, "Thank you."  He was super excited when he opened the box to find out that it was a hammock!  We hung it up so he could try it and he loves it!  Thank you Nana and Papa!  The boys had a lot of fun teasing and playing with Papa.  And Papa had fun teaching and playing with the boys!  We had cake and ice cream and sang to the birthday boy.

Got to hang out at Mom's today.  Vikki came over and brought us Tim Horton's cappuccino's - Thanks Vikki!  We went to some pet friendly stores to walk around with Lenny.  Had a lot of fun!
