Got to hang out at Mom's today.  Vikki and the kids came over too.  We visited and did some knitting.  I'm working on a Christmas surprise for the boys. Vikki and Mom are working on dishcloths.  Mom made some yummy chicken noodle soup for lunch.  Kenzie and Cole came to wrap presents for Nana.  At around 2:30 Melissa came there with the kids.  Max and Evan are on Christmas break and are coming home to spend a couple days with us. We got home just before the boys got off the bus.  Jacob, Adam and Max played in the water until around dinnertime.  Eli and Evan played with moon sand for a long time.  After dinner the boys played with legos until bedtime.  Evan is sleeping on a cot in the office with Truman.  And Max is on a cot in the boys room.

Adam made reindeer at school today and wanted to make some at home.  Then the other boys wanted to make one too.

Adam and Eli played bells this morning at church (Jacob's too old to play now).

Nik came over for a couple hours.  The boys played with legos for awhile and then went outside to play on the ice.

Adam ended up falling into the cold water - burr!

This evening we made and decorated Christmas cookies.  It was really fun! 

12-19-15

Today was the Schaard Christmas party at Aunt Debbie's.  We left home early so we could stop at the mall and get some pants for Jacob.  Jacob is really picky about the pants he wears.  We found several pants that he loves and even found a pair of jeans he thinks are comfy. He doesn't usually like jeans.  Then we went to several shoe stores and found a nice pair of shoes for Adam. He was so happy and wore them all night.  The party was a lot of fun.  Vikki brought legos for the kids to play with.  After dinner we played Bingo.  The kids had fun playing and the winners won coin rolls or lottery tickets.

 Eli won this book in a class drawing.  He gets his name entered in the drawing when he clips up to gold.  He was pretty excited about clipping up to gold yesterday and today.

I work tomorrow so I went to Mom's house today instead.  Vikki, Melissa and the kids came over too.  Mom and I went to Target and ToysrUs before they got there.  We had turkey sandwiches for lunch.  Vikki, Mom and I did some knitting.  Today is Hailey's birthday and she's 12 years old!
