Jared took out several large stumps and many small stumps along the fence where we just cleared brush. He also cut down a couple trees and some large branches today.

The boys stayed up late and had lots of fun with sparklers. We rigged up a clamp with styrofoam for Eli to use which worked well.

7-3-13

Jacob and Adam had appointments with the doctor this afternoon. Kenzie got to come with us to their appointment. When then nurse told me that Jacob was going to need a shot Jacob said, 'I'm gonna try and handle the pain." The boys did great and Jacob didn't even cry for his shot. Adam and Jacob both weigh 60 lbs. Jacob's left eye didn't pass the eye test so we have to make him an appointment with an eye doctor. After the appointment we stopped at McDonalds for ice cream cones. Vikki's neighbor kids were selling lemonade at a little stand in her driveway. We hung out at Vikki's house until around 5pm. Jared was mowing the grass in the lambs paddock when we came home. The boys took turns riding on the lawn mower with Daddy.

The boys had some sparklers left over from last year that they used tonight. Eli burned his fingers on the last one. Poor guy! He fell asleep in the chair and slept in our room tonight.

Biking on the Wii Fit.

Playing police and bad guy with the boys. Mommy and Daddy were the "bad guys". Daddy got away and hid up in a tree and it took the boys awhile to find him.

Jacob is feeling a little better. We played Wii bowling this morning.

The bees in the green hive aren't doing so well but the bees in the yellow hive are doing great.

Eli spent the evening with this pillow on his head.

  Jacob still isn't feeling well. He did come outside with us for a little while this evening.

Jacob isn't feeling well and spent most of the day on the couch. He ate a little soup and crackers for dinner. And I'm sick with a cold.
