HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

The boys loved showing Daddy the cards they'd made for him.

Daddy trying to guess what's in the box.
Still trying to guess - haha

My parents are on a trip to Maine so we weren't able to visit them today. I did talk to my Dad though and Jared got to talk to his Dad. Eli told Grandpa that a tornado spins around and around and around.

Our boys are truly blessed with an amazing Daddy! We love you!!!

Here are some videos of the dog shows the boys put on for us today.

Jacob, ready to be goalie! Their team only had 6 players today (no extra players). They still did great and ended in a tie!

Jacob was happy to get a trophy!

Nana came to see the boys play today!

Adam keeps an eye on the ball.

Adam was excited to get his first trophy!

The boys collected little apples to sell to us. They'd tell us the maximum number we could order each time. We had to yell up the curly slide how many we wanted and they would send them down. Eli had a shirt full of apples to help his brothers haul them to the fort.

The boys stayed with Nana and Papa while I went grocery shopping. Right away they were asking Nana if they could try the new Kettcar! They had lots of fun on this cool pedal car!

They were still playing on the car when I came back from getting groceries.

Eli was too short to make the pedals move. He did have fun riding around on the battery powered truck.

We got to go for a ride (in the driveway) in the back of Papa's truck.

We've finished reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which the boys LOVED! And this evening we watched the movie, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They were excited to watch the movie and enjoyed it as well.

And after a few days of practice

Jacob REALLY wanted to learn how to "boot" the ball. He would try while being goalie and miss or kick it behind him. With a few day of  practice he is so happy to have learned it! He asked me to set the alarm and wake him up early so we could practice. And he taught me what Daddy taught him so I learned how to "boot" the ball too:)

It was raining off/on this evening. The boys are running to cover Eli and I when it started raining harder.

Tonight was Jacob's last practice. Only three other boys came to practice.

                                           Rolling down the hill.

This evening was Adam's last soccer practice. He loves playing goalie. Jacob practiced "booting" the soccer ball which he has a hard time doing when playing goalie. He never gave up and after a few days he has gotten much better.
