Stretching his back

 This morning we worked on getting the boys sheep to stand in position for one minute.  Adam's sheep wouldn't stand that long so we gave him a 30 second goal and will work on increasing that.  They also worked on bracing and leading their sheep without a halter.  Jacob and Adam went for a bike ride.  Eli worked on drawing dragon pictures.  After lunch the boys helped me take pictures of all the wool fleeces.  We set up a table in the shade.  Adam took all the pictures.  After taking pictures of a fleece Jacob took the it inside to get a weight.  Eli watered some plants and played outside with the kitty.  We got a Cosco membership so Jared and I went there this evening. We had fun walking around in the store.  This evening we played 3-13 while the boys played minecraft.  Jacob and Adam played soccer until it was dark.  One of our caterpillars made a chrysalis.

Eating at G''s pizza in Tawas

We got to the campground around 10am. Soon we were all packed and heading north to Tawas.   Adam and Jacob rode with Nana and Papa.  Vikki, Hailey, Peyton, Isaac and Eli rode with me.  We went to Gi's pizza for lunch. The pizza and breadsticks were yummy. Thank you Mom and Dad!  From there we went shopping at the Ben Franklin store.  I bought a hooded sweatshirt. After shopping we took a walk out on the pier.  From there we then headed to a park in Oscoda so we could swim in the lake.  The water was really cold.  Vikki and I swam but didn't stay in long.  The kids had a lot of fun in the water and on the beach. It was a beautiful day.  It rained only a few sprinkles.  We got back to the campground and had ice cream treats from Nana.  Jacob drove us home.  Jared and I dug up swamp milkweed from our ditch and planted it in the new flower garden.  We played 3-13 and Jared won.

We got to the campground around 11:00.  Family waved at us as we drove past the pool.  Eli, Peyton and Isaac got suits on and went swimming.  We took a long walk around the campground and had lunch when we got back. Vikki and Papa took the kids to play tennis.  Hailey, Peyton, Mom and I stayed at the camper.  Mom and I played a game of 3-13.  Mom won.  Then Mom and I relaxed in the hammocks.  It started to sprinkle but I stayed dry under the trees.  Mom had to move her hammock under the awning. Vikki came back with Eli and said he hurt his head.  He was standing under her hatchback and Isaac accidentally pulled it shut on Eli's head.  There was a bike rack on it so it came down hard and knocked him to the ground.  His head bled a lot and had a cut.  Papa bandaged him up.  We went swimming at the outdoor pool and jacuzzi.  Adam and Jacob are spending the night again and Peyton and Isaac are coming home with us.  Jared was mowing the lawn when we got home.  Peyton Isaac and Eli played Minecraft.  After dinner they went outside to play in the  sand.  Jared and I played 3-13 and Jared won.  It came down to whoever went out in the last round.  We sat by the fire and the kids made s'mores.

 Jacob drove us to the the campground to visit family.   He's doing a really good job driving.  We listened to music on the drive.  We ate lunch and then went  swimming.  Wes and Gayla came to the campground for a visit.  Vikki Adam and I played 3-13 and I lost to Adam by 1 point.  I went out in the A's round but Adam got 0 points.  Jacob and Adam are spending the night.  Peyton and Isaac came home to spend the night with us.  We made pizza and watched the Garfield movie.  I made shakes and they had popcorn.

Monday:

Jared here, Mom and Dad came for a visit this weekend.  They arrived Friday afternoon - rained for their trip up and rained for the next two days of their visit here, over 2 inches of rain.  I taught Mom to drive the tractor a bit so she could drive over her mask she had to wear during her radiation.  We went back and forth over it many times.  Lots of pictures taken.  Then took it to the dumpster.  We looked for monarch butterfly caterpillars found 2 and one egg.  Brought them home to raise in captivity.  We played many many 3-13 games.  Your favorite score keeper never won a game.  boooo  hoooo.  Mom helped us plan out some new flower gardens in the front yard.  Got them tilled up and compost tilled in.  Mom left us with many good ideas for plants to fill the spaces.  Dad enjoyed spoiling Wyatt…. for some reason Wyatt sits by dad and only dad during dinner.  It’s so strange…. ha!!   Crazy dog.  We had a fun weekend and really enjoyed the visit.  They headed out Monday morning ABC and dirty side down.
