We had another snow day because of the cold.  It was -13 this morning without the windchill.   Mom, Vikki and the kids came over today.  We had a nice visit.  We played a couple games of 3-13 but had to end the second game early so Mom could leave before dark.  We watched some Dr Pol and made popcorn.  Took the kids and Nana out to the barn to see the sheep.  Vikki brought Lucy and Eli loved holding her.

Wow, another snow day today because of the cold temperatures!  The roads were still slick this morning.  Jared passed someone who had went in the ditch on his way to work.  Someone stopped to  help them.  We stayed inside today and played games.  We played Stratego, 3-13 and Risk.  Had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and some of our garden beans for dinner.  Gave Wyatt a trim, cut his nails and gave him a bath.  Also gave the boys haircuts.

1-29-19

We had another snow day today!  The boys slept in.  We watched Garfield.  Adam and Eli had fun playing on the huge snow hill.  They warmed up with hot chocolate.  Jacob worked on his paracord bracelets and keychains.  Adam and I played stratego and I won because I got all Adam's 3's and my flag was surrounded by strongholds.  Eli and I played a couple games of 3-13.   Eli won the first game and I won the second.  The first game Eli took the lead in the last two round and he was pretty excited.  I cleaned our bedroom and the office closet and also cleaned and organized some things in the kitchen.   This evening we all played 3-13 and I won.  I got delt some amazing hands.  We had a lot of laughs.

Snow day!

It started snowing this morning around 6am and continued until around 5pm.  It was windy and Jared decided to stay home from work today.  With all the snow they were saying we could get he didn't know if he could get home.  Adam and Eli played outside a lot today and came in to warm up often.  Eli took out his metal ruler and his tongue got stuck to it when he tried to lick off some ice.  That really hurt his tongue.  Adam, Jared and I played 3-13 up and down and Jared and I tied with 30.  Jacob made a cool paranoid bracelet and a keychain.  Jared and I threw pots on the wheel.  Jared plowed the driveway this evening and the boys had fun on the huge pile of snow.
